PART RETURN
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Make your return go smoothly, read the information below before returning your part.

Mail back the original invoice with the part.

The part will be inspected by our technician for any damages or tampering

An email will be sent to you when the part arrives at our returns department.

We will process your refund within 24 hours from the date of arrival to our returns department.

The refund will go back to your bank/credit card company or refunded directly back into your Pay Pal account.

Carson Parts does not have control over how long it takes your bank/credit card company to refund your account

If you paid through PayPal we can refund your account within 24 hours of receiving the returned part.
