Before you order a refurbished part, verify as much information about your part you are replacing.

Check to see if your part has a Model #, Serial #, or take a photo of your part and compare the photo to your buying part. If you still are not sure, contact us at carsonpart@gmail.com. We will do our best to match you with the correct part. This can save you time & money and avoid returning the part.

HOW TO RETURN MY PART

Parts in general rather new or refurbished may stop working at any given time for unknown reasons.

If this has happened with your part within the 30-Day return policy. Our part return form is at the bottom of this page. Read the important information before filling out the form. When the form is submitted, you will receive an email with information on returning your part. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on return part(s) unless Carson Parts has sent you the wrong part.

Was part damaged during shipping?

If your part has been damaged during shipping, please contact USPS

We provide shipping insurance on all our refurbished parts. 

At Carson Parts, every part is packaged with extreme care to prevent damage during the shipping process. We do not have control of how the part is handled during the shipping process. Carson Parts is not responsible for any part(s) damaged during the shipping process.

REFUNDS ARE GIVEN 

  • If a part is returned within the 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

  • If a part is returned in the same condition, it was before being shipped to you.

  • If a part is returned with the original invoice.

  • If a part is returned and has no physical damage or has not been tampered with.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN

 

  • If a part is returned after the 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

  • If a part is returned within the 30-day warranty but shows physical damage or has been tampered with.

  • If you cannot show proof of purchase. Must have original invoice.
