Whoever offers you free shipping is typically hiding the cost somewhere or inflating the cost somewhere, unless they have deep pockets and can afford it, which is extremely rare. Let me use Amazon as an example, they spend roughly 2 billion dollars annually on shipping. Why? To beat out all their competitors.
Amazon has an annual membership fee of $119.00. So really shipping is not exactly free. They just make you pay for it upfront. Of course, it depends on how you utilize Amazon if that $119.00 is worth the cost to you. So it all goes back to,
"Nothing is really free"
I am not here to throw Amazon under the bus, It's just half the world uses Amazon one way or another. Plus, their business is what it is because of free shipping. So Amazon is an excellent example to explain my point.
Why does Carson Parts not offer free shipping?
We made the decision to show our customers the true current value of every part we list. When you add shipping cost it brings the part to its original market value. What happens to our parts before shipping
All parts are cleaned, sanitized & tested by our technician before being professionally packaged. Parts are shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding holidays or weekends). We shipped 2-3 Day Priority Mail through USPS.
Packaging & Shipping Process
Every part is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Please keep in mind, Carson Parts has no control over parts damaged during the shipping process. Immediately contact your local Postal Authority regarding your damaged package & part. Most parts that ship comes with insurance. So please ask your local postal service the amount of insurance on the package shipped. If there is no resolution through USPS, please send an email immediately to Carson Parts at carsonpart@gmail.com. We will work with you in every way possible to make it right with you.
Customers who need their part(s) overnight, please write a message under "leave a note for seller" which is on our check out page to request overnight shipping. You will receive an email with the amount and how to pay it for overnight shipping. This amount must be paid in order for the part to be shipped overnight. If not paid with-in 24 HRS, your part will be shipped at the standard time frame that you paid for at checkout.
Buyers are responsible in all situations on return shipping costs unless you were shipped the wrong part by Carson Parts.
